PlottFest is a celebration of North Carolina's state dog - the Plott Hound - and Appalachian mountain heritage and culture.

The festival features Plott dog competitions, a UKC bench show, live music, historical programs, local food, a variety of craft vendors, and more - all at the beautiful Maggie Valley Festival Grounds, in the cradle of Plott Hound history:
